Terms and refunds

These terms apply to lexerian.com and the tools on it, including Grind Tracker. The site is operated by Lexerian. By creating an account or buying credit you agree to them.

The service

Grind Tracker reads the areas of a game window that you choose to share and reports EXP, mesos and potion use. The readings are made by an AI model and can be wrong. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of accuracy or availability, and it may change or be discontinued.

Grind Tracker is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nexon. You are responsible for following the rules of the game you play.

Accounts

You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not create accounts by automated means, open multiple accounts to collect free credit, resell access, or interfere with the service. Accounts that do may be suspended or closed.

Credit and payment

Each new account receives $2 of free usage credit. More credit can be bought in amounts of $5, $10 or $20 (US dollars). Each purchase is a one-time card payment processed by Stripe. Credit is sold to customers in the United States only, and payment is accepted from US-issued cards only. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Each reading deducts its usage cost from your credit, and the page shows how much you have used. A reading that receives a completed model response is charged. A reading whose cost is not reported is charged $0.25. A single reading is charged at most $1. When your credit runs out, readings stop until you add more. Credit can only be used on this site, cannot be transferred, and has no cash value other than the refund described below. Prices and top-up amounts may change for future purchases.

Refunds

If you ask within 30 days of a purchase, the unused part of the credit from that purchase is refunded to the original payment method. Credit that has been used and free credit are not refundable. If you were charged in error or charged twice, the incorrect charge is refunded in full.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lexerian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
